My name is Hannah. I have worked in education for 16 years teaching History, Politics and Philosophy in high schools. I have been fascinated with the human condition for as long as I can remember. I am interested in helping other women to think about the best way to find meaning in their lives and be the best version of themselves. We have one life to live and we get one chance to live our best life.
This website includes articles that I have written which offer an insight into my understanding of life. I write about how philosophy, my life experiences and the books that I have read have shaped the way I see and navigate my world. My writing revolves around mental wellbeing and the tackling of depression, stress and anxiety.
I cannot offer any medical advice. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts and are in the UK please call The Samaritans on 116 123 (UK & ROI). In the US please call The National Suicide Prevention Helpline on 1-800-273-8255.
