Sternocleidomastoid

The sternocleidomastoid is a wonderful affair.

If you don't know your biology, you wouldn't know it's there.

Without its fine anatomy you soon would lose your head.

For clavicle to mandible is hanging by a thread. 

We could turn our heads full sternum, And without it though shortsighted,

We could see from front to back and almost be excited.

So knowing all you know now, I hope you have enjoyed,
